The process, which Universal-Automatic utilizes while working on a project, large or small, goes through many stages. It starts off with a well-thought out quotation. Through our many years of experience we have gained the knowledge required to present part specific, detailed quotations, to accurately describe the process. After the equipment is ordered we start engineering the job pulling from our experiences on past jobs. Once engineering is complete there is an engineering approval review and any necessary changes will be made before the manufacturing and assembly work begins. Once all mechanical and electrical work has been completed and the machine is capable, we run-off the machine to the customers required specifications. Upon approval the machine will be cleaned and prepped for shipment. Our job isn't done after the machine leaves our floor. We have a commitment to make sure that the machine is set-up correctly and producing good parts once it hits our customer's floor. We also stand behind our design and workmanship with full warranties on all machines.
